The head of Buryatia Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn proposed to provide support to beginning farmers. The head of Buryatia "made a number of proposals for changes in documents at the Federal level". According to Nagovitsyn, they "would allow beginners to agricultural producers to qualify for state support in the first year of operation, along with those who have received income from agricultural products".

Also Buryatia proposes to consider the possibility of co-financing from the Federal budget for support of young specialists in rural areas, as well as regional programs similar to the program "Local doctor", supplements to the scholarship students studying agriculture", - said the press service.

This idea is supported by the experts, including the heads of the regions of Siberia. According to them, "growth of self-employment, saturation of markets for local food will contribute to the update of the Institute for cooperation", and "it support should be provided both at the regional and Federal level."
