The head of the region believes that in Kuzbass everywhere should act a powerful network of consumer cooperatives, "people should not puzzled as to sell their products, how to export". In the area are already underway centralized purchasing milk from private farms in 10 of the 17 districts. "We need very quickly and efficiently organize the purchase of surplus vegetables and other products from our farmers," he set the task of Thule. He believes that this work should be organized in all areas of Kuzbass.

In the area now, there is a whole "army" of decellularized - 657 thousand (the region is home to more than 2.7 million people) ."They are grown on their plots everything from potatoes to watermelons. Therefore, in the regions for them it is necessary to create all conditions and preferential tariffs for water and electricity, "said Thule.

With regard to agricultural enterprises and farms, but this year they gathered around 690 thousand tons of potatoes (in 2013 - 650 thousand). "Potatoes we grew two times more than eaten per year", - said the Governor. Harvest of vegetables amounted to 217 thousand tons, which is three thousand tons more than last year. The average yield in the region - 292 quintals per hectare, the highest of the agricultural cooperative "Coastal" in the Kemerovo region - 576 tons per hectare.

Planting vegetables was carried out on an area of 8.4 thousand hectares (2013 level), potato - 48,4 thousand hectares (almost a thousand hectares more).
