Stocks of buckwheat in the procurement and processing enterprises of Russia decreased by 33% to 62 thousand tons on 1 November 2014 relative to 1 November 2013. This is stated in the materials of the Federal statistics service (Rosstat).

Stocks buckwheat on November 1, 2014 on the 1 of October of the same year increased by 9%.

The amount of storage of wheat in this category agriculture on November 1, 2014 increased by 25% to 9.75 million tons relative to the same date in 2013.

Stocks of barley during this period increased by 58% to 2.4 million tonnes of millet by 52% to 33 thousand tons of rice by 46% to 161 thousand tons.

Just on November 1 in all categories of farms in Russia's grain storage capacity has increased by 18.5% to 42.9 million tons.

Before the media reported that the Russian authorities are preparing to start selling buckwheat from the state reserves against the background of rising prices. A source in the Cabinet of Ministers has denied these reports, saying that today there is no need to print stocks buckwheat, located in the Reserve.
