The share of Finnish exports to Russia last year was 9.6%, in Sweden - 11,6, in Germany of 9.7%. This year the Russian Federation retained the third place on this indicator, although export volumes declined to 8.4%. Whereas the share of Germany accounts for 12.2% of the exports from Finland, the share of Swedish - 11,1%.

According to the announced in the autumn forecast of the Trade representation of Russia in Finland, the trade turnover between the two countries on the results 2014 can be reduced by more than 13% against the background of unfavorable economic conditions and the difficult situation in the world.

Thus, the value of exports of Russian goods will be lower than last year and $11.7 billion, which is 12% below the 2013 level. Imports of goods also expects the recession to $4.5 billion - a minus of 16.7% by 2013.

Thus, according to the estimates of the trade mission, by the end of 2014, the Finnish foreign trade turnover of $16.2 billion, a decrease of 13.4% compared with 2013.
