The Rosselkhoznadzor reported permit delivery of Yamal reindeer in the European Union. This is stated in the message Department.

"In the list of exporters to the European Union were included another enterprise for the production of reindeer meat, located in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous region", - said the Rosselkhoznadzor.

The company's products can be imported to the EU from 6 January 2015. Still right on the meat of reindeer to the EU market was the only Russian company, also of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous district. To supply venison began in 2007.

"Specialists of the Rosselkhoznadzor and the state veterinary service Yamal continue working on the preparation of the third Yamalo-Nenets enterprises producing venison, for inclusion in the list of exporters in the EU", - concludes the office.
