Earlier in the regional Department of agriculture reported that damage from the destruction of crops by the end of November is estimated at about 1.8 billion rubles. Of these, about 700 million rubles accounted for insured crops.

This year in the region grain was sown on the order of 1.2 million hectares. Gross grain harvest amounted to 1 million 402 thousand tons. Just threshed 75 percent of grain and leguminous crops, collected 98 percent of the potatoes, 96 percent of vegetables.
