Governor Vasily Golubev signed a decree on the allocation of the reserve Fund area funds to compensate farmers for material damage incurred due to loss of crops in July-August 2014 due to the complex situation in the South-Eastern regions of Ukraine.

Financial aid will receive 5 farms Krasnosulinskiy and 13 farmers Kuibyshev districts.

Relevant documents from the regional commissions, engaged in the survey of affected households and assessment of damage, were submitted to the Ministry of agriculture of the region. Calculations of material losses were estimated according to the methodology of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia, used in the calculation of compensation for incurred as a result of disaster damage.

The amount of compensation per farm, depending on the amount of damage will be from 45 thousand to 1.7 million.

Recall that in July and August 2014 on the territory of the Rostov region have been documented cases of shells from Ukraine on Russian fields and death from fires crops. Immediately after establishing these facts, the Governor Vasily Golubev has instructed the regional Ministry of agriculture to prepare proposals for the compensation of losses.
