Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev in these minutes in Gorki near Moscow held a meeting for the stable functioning of the sectors of agriculture, which discusses the issue of availability of credit and material resources of spring field works.

The head of Government noted that decisions guaranteeing the agro-industrial complex of the country stable funding from budgets of different levels, and regions have already started to receive subsidies to support farmers.

"According to yesterday, already listed about 60 billion rubles. We have to see where. I hope that all funds will be received in time. Would like to the Ministry of agriculture this process is monitored and regularly reported on how much money lists", - Medvedev said.

Talking about preparation for the spring field work in the southern regions of the country, the Prime Minister said that on such items as the provision of grajew seeds, fertilizer, machinery, fuel, the situation is generally "acceptable".

"The level of availability of seeds of spring crops and leguminous crops is virtually 100%. Equipment for the new season too, ready - at least according to that report. There is no reason to worry on the subject of provision of fuel and lubricants: the stocks of diesel fuel even more than last year, gasoline is almost the same as in 2014. Rates, of course, may vary, so it is important to provide constant monitoring of the market of lubricants", - said the Prime Minister.
