Breeding and genetic center of the group of companies "agro-Belogorie" is preparing to increase their production capacity. In April we plan to begin construction of a new production facility for breeding paternal Duroc breed.

Industrial complex will be located near the current site SGC in the village lúčky Prohorovskaja district. New Playground closed loop with cameramonitor designed to hold 400 head of sows and 70 heads of boars of Duroc breed. Start of construction is planned for April. In December of this year here are already planning to start importing animals from Canada.

Purebred pigs on the new site will put the company "Genesis" is a leading canadian breeding enterprise which has the largest in the country herd of purebred animals. In the future, the company is ready to buy from SGC excess purebred piglets for sale to other pig enterprises.

A private company operates the holding in 2011. It produces purebred pigs and boars with genetically guaranteed productivity, allowing the holding company to independently provide for their own breeding and commercial pig farms in the repair number. At the end of last year, the company received the official status of breeding and genetic center. Now here are three breeds breeding: maternal large white and Landrace, and paternal Yorker.

"The presence of one paternal breed will allow to improve the quality characteristics of commercial products", - said General Director of the plant Breeding & genetics center Anatoly Nekrasov. According to him, Duroc is considered to be the best father's breed, with high palatability. "New resources will strengthen the genetic independence of the holding company "agro-Belogorie" and will open new horizons for the supply of purebred animals other pig-breeding companies," adds Nekrasov.

The launch of a new platform involves the creation of 45 new jobs. The investment cost of the project is 500 million rubles.
