Ural Bank of Sberbank started to lend to projects Ural enterprises for import substitution, Minister of industry and science of Sverdlovsk region Andrey Misyura at the meeting of the crisis staff.

"The negotiations with the Ural Bank of Sberbank to increase the availability of credit. Already approved funding for 13 projects of industrial enterprises from 41 stated. The average rate for them is reduced from 23 to 18% per annum," he said.

He noted that the company will finalize the rejected projects and will again submit for consideration to the credit institution.

According to Misuri, at the moment approved the list of strategic enterprises of the Sverdlovsk region, regional significance. It includes 111 organizations in various sectors, including, 82 industrial companies, 13 companies in the energy sector and housing and communal services, 8 building, 4 - in transport, 3 gold organization, 1 APK enterprise.

Also, sent applications for Federal support in the Ministry of economic development, industry development Fund, the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation.

"From the Sverdlovsk region in the Ministry of industry and trade was sent proposals for 126 commodity items. We took the third place among the subjects of the Russian Federation. The products included into the list of recognized priority for import substitution, and producers are considered as possible recipients of state support measures, - said Misyura.

"We need to maximize the use of all the levers and mechanisms to increase Federal support and be included in all program", - said the Governor of Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev.
