The draft order of the Ministry of agriculture, which proposes to establish a partial ban fishing until December 31, 2015, sent to public discussion.
The limitation is that not all bodies of water, and not all fishermen, the document says. Bream, for example, will not only be fished in the rivers of the Leningrad region, and smelt in the Gulf of Finland of the Baltic sea.
"With the exception of fisheries research and monitoring, educational and cultural-educational purposes, and for Amateur and sports fishery", - said in the draft order.
But the bulls in the Kamchatka-Kuril subzone want to ban catching even a simple Amateur fishermen.
