As a result of hail on August 18-19 damaged crops of corn, sunflower, soybean, sugar beet on the area of 19 thousand hectares. Hail damaged the crops in nine of nine districts of the Stavropol region: Alexander, George, Budennovsky, Kirov, kočubeevskij, Kursk, Mineralnye Vody, Novoaleksandrovskogo and Foothill. Meanwhile, according to the Minister of agriculture of Stavropol territory Alexander Martcheva, in large parts of the affected areas, the harvest is stored.

Recall that in the Stavropol region in the result of the last element August 18-19 affected 27 communities in eight regions and the city of Zheleznovodsk. Two people were killed by a current fallen power lines, injured 28 people, five of whom were hospitalized.
