Israel held a tender for the import of 125 tonnes of maize and 35 thousand tons of fodder wheat of arbitrary origin. The exact volume of purchases of grain at the moment are not disclosed.

The purchase price of the batch of corn with delivery December 25 - January 20 totaled $178,75 per tonne C&F. the Batch of grain that will be delivered January 25 - February 15, was purchased at $180 per tonne C&F.
