The second phase of a large-scale project of Russia's first agrobiznescentr (ABI), which is currently under construction in Giaginsk district of Adygea, implement by the end of this year. TASS today reported the Minister of economic development and trade of the region Mahmud Tlekhas.

"At the end of the year we are completing the implementation of the second phase of the project of construction of the first in the country agrobiznescentr, this unique facility is scheduled for commissioning in 2016. Financing of construction works in General will be more than 310 million roubles", - he said.

As explained Tlekhas, the bulk of this amount - 213 million roubles are Federal funds. Today ABI area of about 50 hectares summed up infrastructure. Built driveway, boiler room, electrical substation, electric and gas networks, water tower that will provide water not only the objects of the ISA, but also to nearby communities. Preparing for the commissioning of a block of greenhouses with the area of over 5 thousand square meters, where to rent at a discounted price to residents will be provided with space for growing vegetables. The construction of a dairy farm, workshops processing vegetables, and milk, whose capacity is 500 kg of product per shift, and the warehouse.

The Minister also added that a meeting was held with the participation of leaders of the Republican business incubator and firm "Yuggazstroi" on which the appropriate instructions for the mobilization of labor and equipment for construction and installation works, as well as timely delivery of equipment.

Next year provides for the construction of administrative buildings, academic buildings, hotels, repair shop, mini-farms for breeding forage-fed cows, pigs, poultry and sheep. It is also planned the construction, greenhouses, plants for the production and packaging of meat and dairy products. The total cost of this project is over 1 billion rubles of Federal and regional funds. The pace of work will depend on the regularity of the funding facility the Federal center.

According to Tlekhas, the main task of the ABI is to improve the quality of life of the rural population, creating favorable conditions for doing business, farmers and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Adygea. The project will contribute to the solution of questions of increase of agricultural production and import substitution, employment, as well as the prestige of the agricultural sector as a whole. According to specialists, after theoretical and practical training and beginning of production activities in small family businessman or farmer, consisting of three to four people will receive the income of 1-1,5 thousand euros per month. During the year ABI will be able to gain knowledge of up to 100 people, the Minister said.

ABI construction began in the village of Dondukovskaya Giaginsk district of the Republic at the end of 2014.
