"The ban on transportation of Ukrainian goods through the territory of the Russian Federation came into force on the first of July, and until he is cleared. Negotiations in this regard with Russia are conducted not only at the Committee level, but also at the highest levels," he said.

According to him, the current situation of Kazakhstan and Ukraine have come by a delivery of the cargo through the Caspian region, according to APK-inform.

"It is somewhat more expensive than rail transport, and leads to increased cost of production. But it is also the solution," said the Chairman of the Committee.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has amended a decree from 1.01.16 "On measures to ensure economic security and national interests of the Russian Federation in the implementation of international transit transport of goods from the territory of Ukraine on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan through the territory of the Russian Federation". According to the amendments, the rules for import of goods from Ukraine through Russia apply not only to Kazakhstan but also in Kyrgyzstan.
