This is stated in the new study, prepared by a group of Argentine specialists. Scientists have compared the rejection of milk feeding at 14 and 21 days of life of animals. The result was found a difference in plasma levels of immunoglobulin G, which, as we know, plays a key role in the formation of immunity of the animals, says the magazine Feed.

However, the transition to feed after 14 days of life, according to experts, leads to the formation of shorter villi in the intestine, reduces the concentration of goblet cells and the concentration of intraepithelial lymphocytes. This adversely affects development of the intestinal microflora, which could then exhibit the worst indicators of development of animals.
