The government of Russia approved the composition of the Subcommittee on electronic Commerce, which will deal with issues of boosting exports via e-Commerce platforms. The corresponding decree signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Only the composition of the sub-Commission will consist of 17 people. Among them - Director of SME Corporation Alexander Braverman, Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation on issues of development of the Internet Herman Klimenko and CEO of the Russian export centre Petr Fradkov. Commission will be headed by Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.

On the formation of the Subcommittee on electronic Commerce in June, said Deputy economic development Minister Oleg Fomichev. According to O. Fomichev, the Commission will details and the interagency to deal with the issues of an increase in exports via electronic trading platforms.

Deputy economic development Minister also said that the Ministry has already sent a draft report on the development of the Internet of exports of goods to the government. Among the proposals was the creation of the "anchor" service that will combine product offerings to small and medium businesses.

In addition, the "anchor" service should be integrated with other services needed for export, logistics, payment services, marketing support, insurance services, etc.

In the message to the Federal Assembly, Russian President Vladimir Putin said about the need to assist in the creation of large private companies operating in the field of electronic Commerce. The instructions for implementing the message includes a deadline for submitting such proposals is July 1, 2016.
