"This issue affects, in fact, half of the population. Approximately 60 million people who have country farms", — stated the Prime Minister.
As stated in previously published materials of the Cabinet of Ministers, the bill results in accordance with the civil legislation of the legal form of legal entities created by citizens for gardening, vegetable gardening and cottage economy.
In addition, the bill improves the governance arrangements in such organizations, including in relation to the common property, standardizes and classifies the types of land and immovable property, used in this field, introduces a single procedure for granting land plots in state or municipal ownership, for gardening, vegetable gardening and cottage economy.
Following consideration of the document the Ministry of economic development was instructed to finalize the bill and submit it to the Duma.
