Additionally, the project includes the planting of grain, Apple orchards and the cultivation of small fish in the pond.

According to the initiator, the construction of agro-industrial complex will take 2-3 years, and the total investment will exceed 800 million rubles.

Currently the initiator of a project of technical, economic and financial justification of the project. Already selected a plot of land in Volodarsky area of over 400 hectares and preparatory work for connection to the facilities of water, gas, electricity.

Also, the region continues realization of a project such as Iranian trading house. It is assumed that it will host a permanent exposition of Iranian goods, as well as the residence representative offices of the CCI of eight Iranian provinces, including Gilyana and Mazandaran.

Currently the building works are carried out internal alterations. According to the Iranian side, the opening of the Iranian trading house will take place in the second half of 2016.
