As considers a consequence, from 1 to 5 September 2015 at the enterprise there was a loss of cattle, the employees informed the Manager. However, not wanting to incur losses related to the disposal of the goods, instructed its subordinates to butcher the carcass and store the meat for subsequent sale. In the end of the raw material was processed in minced and directed to sell through specialized shops of the company. The remaining stock was stored in a container on the premises, it is also planned to implement.

Laboratory testing of samples of meat showed that it does not meet the Uniform sanitary and epidemiological and hygienic requirements. In the raw material was discovered, pathogenic microorganisms, therefore, the consumption of such a product unusable.

On the ex-head of the enterprise criminal case was initiated under part 1 of article 238 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation "Execution of works or the provision of services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers".
