It will be free to try all the holiday guests. The festival tastings, master-classes of cooking on the grill and BBQ, a competition between teams of cooks.

The festival organizers are the Federal Agency for tourism and the government of the Republic.

"The region can develop competitive tourist product. Its gastronomic traditions are interesting to almost every citizen of Russia and abroad. I am sure that the festival "Shashlik-Mashlik" are one of the important tourist events in the country", — said the head of the Federal tourism Agency Oleg Safonov.

In Grozny has invited leading chefs from regions of Russia and from Central Asia, Iran, Bulgaria, Serbia, Spain, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan and other countries.
