The workshop was planned to examine the possibility of production in the Crimea only natural dairy products without the use of vegetable fats and coordinate the efforts in this direction.

"The failure of other enterprises from the dialogue on the quality of dairy products management regards as the reluctance to restructure their operations with the aim of increasing the safety of manufactured products for the health of the people", — stressed in the Department.
