The Ministry of economic development: inflation in Russia in 2016 will amount to 5.6 percent
Ministry of economic development has improved the forecast on inflation in Russia by the end of 2016, with earlier projected at 5.8% to 5.6%, according to operational monitoring of economic development in January-November 2016

According to the MAYOR, inflation in November remained at the October level and was 0.4%. In annual terms, inflation continued to decline steadily since July of this year from 7.5% in June to 5.8% in November. YTD consumer price growth remains at minimal levels.
"For the period from January 12, 2016, inflation was 5.2%, a year earlier to 12.5%. It is a great success in the fight against inflation", – the document says.
