December 28, Deputy Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Igor Kuzin held a meeting of the Commission on coordination of questions of crediting of agro-industrial complex, during which they discussed investment projects applying for the subsidization of interest.

At the Commission meeting was approved 732 of the investment project for the total amount of credit – 127.9 billion rubles.

"The Board of agriculture of the Russian Federation are requested to select investment projects for granting subsidies from the Federal budget to regional budgets for partial compensation of expenses for payment of percent on investment credits (loans) received for development of meat and dairy cattle, greenhouse vegetable production and investment projects implemented on the territory of the far Eastern Federal district", — said Igor Kuzin, opening the meeting.

The report "On the consideration of investment projects submitted to the Commission on coordination of questions of crediting of the agroindustrial complex of the Ministry of agriculture of Russia" was made by the Director of the Department of Economics and public support APK Natalia Chernetsova.

The Director of industry Department noted that the largest number of investment projects was presented to Volga (243 projects) and Central (155) Federal districts. Leading Federal districts in the amount of loan funds have become the Central (72.7 billion rubles) and North-Caucasian (18.9 billion rubles) Federal districts.

The largest number of investment projects were presented by enterprises on technical and technological modernization - 461 project in the amount of 24.5 billion rubles, dairy cattle - 107 projects amounting to 19.7 billion rubles, and the purchase of breeding products– 95 projects worth 3.9 billion rubles.

Following the meeting it was noted that the investment projects submitted for selection to the Commission of agriculture and not selected in the prescribed manner in 2016 will be reviewed in 2017 and 2018 with appropriate budget allocations.

Projects considered by the Commission, meet the criteria of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from December 28, 2012 № 1460 and recommended for subsidy.
