The contest "Gastronomy experience – 2016" organized by the Russian state University of tourism and service, and its goal is to draw attention to the promotion of local territories of constituent entities of the Russian Federation through tradition and/or innovation in production and economic activity on cultivation of agricultural and livestock raw materials, their industrial processing and handicraft, culture, trade and consumption of prepared foodstuffs and beverages.
