Employees Rosselkhoznadzor at the checkpoint "Torfyanovka" stopped the import of St. Petersburg from Finland 117 kg of cheese and butter, the press service of the Ministry.

Under current regulations, individuals allowed to import up to 5 kg per person. Two of St. Petersburg far exceeded this norm. So the goods were seized and sent back to Finland.

"At the end of the inspection the importation of goods was prohibited. Products confiscated and returned on the adjacent territory in Finland", – stated in the message of supervising Department.
