This is the fifth part of the total produced in the SFO. One third of meat sent for processing (semi-finished products, sausage products). Three quarters sold chilled.

The volume of production compared to the previous year increased by 15 %. In the past year, according to Novosibirskstat, the region took the second place in Siberia for the production of poultry meat. The poultry market has been growing for several years in a row – last year also showed increased production by 18%.

In addition to the standard for poultry meat production of chickens, in the Novosibirsk region are implementing two major projects for the construction of duck and Turkey poultry.

Poultry "Ulybino" plans to produce up to 17 thousand tons of duck meat. The size of the investment in the plant construction amounted to 4.2 billion rubles, the payback period is eight years.

Production plant of Turkey, implemented by the company "IND-Siberia", owned by trading holding "Siberian Giant". The project is implemented in the Kolyvan ' district. Capacity of the complex is about 10 thousand tons, the volume of investments exceeds 3 billion rubles.
