So, under the new rules, the auction participants based on quotas of coastal fisheries must be registered in the corresponding coastal region. In addition, there are regulations on the conduct of the auction at forced termination of rights to coastal fisheries in this region.

Also in the resolution it is specified that during the submission of application forms for participation in auction it is necessary to provide documents about the presence of fishing vessels and technical means of control, if their gross tonnage above 80 tons and main engine capacity more than 55 kW.
