Coca-Cola HBC Russia has made coaching an integral part of change management and an important tool for maintaining a high level of employee engagement even during unstable macroeconomic situation. The company introduced the practice of coaching in 2010, and during that time it has become an integral part of the corporate culture. In the early stages involved external professionals with the skills corresponding to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
In the future Coca-Cola HBC Russia has developed and launched a training program certified coach (ICC). Since 2010, the certificates coaches have received more than 40 employees and more than 400 managers were trained cookingoil techniques in the management team.
Now, all employees of Coca-Cola HBC Russia can access the internal certified coaches to plan individual sessions for development and career growth.
