International award for the ICF Prism Award celebrates organizations that have achieved the highest results in the development of coaching programmes that meet professional standards, contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives and obtaining real business outcomes and help to shape the corporate culture.

Coca-Cola HBC Russia has made coaching an integral part of change management and an important tool for maintaining a high level of employee engagement even during unstable macroeconomic situation. C 2013 the index of involvement in the company increased by 26% and by the end of 2016 amounted to 94%.

The company introduced the practice of coaching in 2010, and during that time it has become an integral part of the corporate culture. In the early stages involved external professionals with the skills corresponding to the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In the future Coca-Cola HBC Russia has developed and launched a training program certified coach (ICC). Since 2010, the certificates coaches have received more than 40 employees and more than 400 managers were trained cookingoil techniques in the management team.

Now, all employees of Coca-Cola HBC Russia can access the internal certified coaches to plan individual sessions for development and career growth.

Over 90% of employees used this opportunity, pleased with the results. And leaders implement a coaching management style, increased trust level and improved interpersonal relationships within the team.
