31 March Belarus introduced temporary restrictions on the import of pork from the Irkutsk region of Russia due to the outbreak of ASF in the region.
"From 31 March imposed temporary restrictions on the import into the territory of the Republic of Belarus from the Irkutsk region of the Russian Federation of live pigs, semen of boars, pork meat and products of its processing", – stated in the message Department.
Under the restriction of import into rawhide, wild boar meat, forage additives for animals of vegetable and animal origin, feeds and feed additives for cats and dogs from the pig of raw materials of Irkutsk region and used equipment for transporting, maintenance, slaughter and cutting of pigs.
