The agreement was reached during the visit of the delegation of Stavropol to Azerbaijan, reported the Ministry of economic development of the region. Deputy Prime Minister of Stavropol, Andrey Murga and the management of Azersun Holding discussed the project, the conditions of implementation of which will be refined during the return visit of representatives of Azerbaijani companies.

"The project is very important for the economy of Stavropol region. In addition to direct investment by Azerbaijani partners, it solves several important regional task... the Main thing – avoiding the dominance of cereals in the structure of agriculture in the Stavropol territory in favor of vegetable and greenhouse farms, create jobs in rural areas, as well as import substitution and the development of its own production to supply the inhabitants of the region and the country with quality products", — commented on the prospects for the implementation of the project, the Deputy Chairman of government of Stavropol region, a regional Minister of economic development Andrey Murga.
