The Department also proposes to expand the category of recipients of preferential crediting in the agricultural industry at the expense of the enterprises with an average number of employees up to 100 people.

It is proposed to refer to small forms, in accordance with the law on small and medium business, enterprises and commercial companies with an average number of employees up to 100 people and income level is not more than 800 million rubles", — said the Deputy Minister.
According to him, currently, of the total amount of state subsidies for small business reserved 20%, that allows to cover almost 100% of the needs of small business lending at a preferential mechanism.
