The Brazilian side has officially granted access to the market three Russian fish processing enterprises, as stated in part 10-about the meeting of the intergovernmental Russian-Brazilian Commission on trade-economic and scientific-technical cooperation.

At the meeting the parties agreed on and initialled veterinary certificate for the importation from Russia to Brazil of fish and fishery products, according to the website of the Rosselkhoznadzor. The Brazilian side confirmed the possibility of starting the supply of such products in Brazil with certified businesses.

The meeting also discussed the issue of supply of Russian wheat to Brazil. In this regard, the Rosselkhoznadzor in the nearest future is planning to organize the talks at the level of technical experts.
