"The bill that we have drafted, will allow to solve the problem with a surrogate beer, beer drinks. It is essential for there to be additional revenues to the budget. According to our estimates, Federal budget from labeling beer can receive an additional 50 billion rubles annually," — said P. Shapkin at a press conference in MIA "Russia today".

According to him, now in the country is the lack of control of beer products, but the new law would improve this situation.
