Last month the all-Russian production of bread and bakery products non-durable storage made 500,4 thousand tons, which is 1.4% less than in the same period last year, according to Rosstat.

The decline in bread making occurred in most Federal districts: Central Federal district (-0,8), the northwestern Federal district (1.6 million%), PFO (1.6 million%), UVI (-0,8), SFO (-4,1%), DFO (-7,7%). In the NCFD and the southern Federal district production of bread exceeded the previous year by +1.4% and +0,4%.

In Moscow, which is in first place in the production of bread in Russia, was made 30.3 thousand tonnes of bread and bakery products, which is 0.9% less than in may 2016.
