According to the data of regional agricultural administrative bodies on June 27, 2017, the gross harvest of greenhouse vegetables in the whole country is 433,5 thousand tons, which is 36.3% more than in the same period last year.

Including collected 325,3 thousand tons of cucumbers (+33,3%) and 101.3 thousand tons of tomatoes (+58%). The yield of other vegetable crops is 6.9 thousand tons.

Leaders in the production of greenhouse vegetables in agricultural organizations and K(f)X are the Krasnodar territory – 59,3 thousand tonnes, Stavropol Krai – 27.4 thousand tons, the Republic of Bashkortostan – 25.1 thousand tonnes, Tatarstan – 24.3 thousand tons and Karachay-Cherkess – 23,5 thousand tons.
