Almost 40% of Russian citizens are forced to save on food. "Slightly decreased the number of those who want to save on buying food in General, although such statements do four out of ten Russians (39%)", – is spoken in the message of "ROMIR".

In March 2016 food saved 43% of respondents, and in June of 2017, their share had fallen to 39%.

Recall from the beginning of 2017, the inflation in the whole country amounted to 2%. Food products from the beginning of 2017 went up by 2.4% (over the same period in 2016 – 3.1%).
