At a meeting held July 17, 2017 first meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "FGK" in the new structure, the decision on election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, his Deputy, forms committees under the Board of Directors, the company auditor was approved.

Chairman of the Board of Directors of JSC "FGK" elected Andrey Krasnoslavovich Starks – Vice-President of JSC "RZD" *.

Formed the following committees under the Board of Directors: the audit Committee, strategic planning Committee, Committee for personnel, remuneration and corporate governance.

The audit Committee and Committee for personnel, remuneration and corporate governance Committee chaired by an independent Director Peter Y. Brewer and Alexey Gennadievich Komissarov, respectively.

As the auditor of JSC "FGC" in line with IFRS for the year 2017 approved OOO "Ernst & young" became the winner of competition on selection of the auditor of the accounting (financial) statements prepared in accordance with RAS and financial reporting under IFRS JSC "FGC".
