The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the law on the conduct of the citizens of horticulture for their own needs, the press service of the head of the Russian state.

This law establishes legal bases of regulation of relations arising in connection with the conduct of the citizens of horticulture for their own needs, and identifies specific features of civil law provisions created for these purposes, non-profit organizations.

It is envisaged that for gardening and horticulture, citizens can create a gardening noncommercial Association and gardening non-commercial partnerships. Along with this, establishes requirements for the creation, reorganization and liquidation of such partnerships, manage and monitor their activities, and especially the membership of citizens in these associations.

Outlines the rights and responsibilities of citizens in the conduct of their gardening individually (without participation in a partnership and creating a partnership).

Putin signed the document regulates the relations relating to the common property, the provision of garden land and garden land, construction of objects of capital construction on the garden plots, determined the form and support gardening and horticulture bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government. In addition, it regulates the relations for the extraction of groundwater in specified communities.
