According to the Association "Rosspetsmash", as of August 4, the total amount of grants under the concluded contracts with the agrarians of Altai territory this year within the scope of Decree No. 1432 amounted to 1,334 billion.

All in all, in 2017 in the framework of the measures of state support of agriculture of Russia signed on August 4, contracts for the purchase at a discount of around 19.2 thousand units agromashin.

Limit subsidies for the implementation of Decree No. 1432 in the current year in the amount of 13.7 billion rubles were exhausted in June. To preserve the pace of production of agricultural machinery and modernization of agriculture this year on subsidies need to allocate another RUB 4.4 bln. otherwise, the growth of production of agricultural machinery in Russia will be reduced by the end of 2017 will be 12%.

In addition, today the Federal budget does not provide subsidies to manufacturers of agricultural machinery in 2018-2019. This can lead to serious consequences for the development of the industry. In 2018 the volume of sales will drop by 30%, tax payments to budgets of all levels will be reduced by 32%, staff reduced by 2 thousand and the average monthly salary will be reduced by 12%.
