The leaders in spending on sweets are Moscow residents (39.8 rubles a day per person), Central FD (26.2 rubles a day per person) and Saint Petersburg (20.5 rubles a day per person). Less pastry spend the residents of the southern Federal district, including the Republic of Crimea, 11.4 rubles a day per person.

It is noted that in Russia a year per person, on average, 24 kg of confectionery products in the structure of consumption is dominated by pastry and 11.4 kg per year per person.
