The Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation during the week will submit to the government two scenarios: carrying out of grain interventions or maximum promotion of exports of grain, said Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.

"Now the agriculture Ministry is preparing proposals on this subject. The prices are quite low, but as the Minister said, they have two scenarios: one normal, with the interventions, the other related to the maximum export promotion, rather than intervention as such. Now compare and weigh these two scenarios to understand which of them from the point of view of costs and benefits is more effective for stabilization of prices at an acceptable level for all", — said Dvorkovich.

"Within weeks the Ministry should submit proposals. We have a quick chat and we will decide", he added.
