The company was left with June 2016 due to financial difficulties. In February 2017 the plant found an investor – OOO "Granada", which is ready to buy flour mill and pasta factory, are part of the enterprise. Currently, the investor operates on loan. For its own expense he rebuilt and restored the performance for 60% of production capacity of pasta factories and 80% flour mill. Now the company has the ability to process 3000 tons of wheat and produce 600 tons of pasta per month.

The recovery of production activities "Kuban macaroni factory" will provide employment 85 professionals as well as tax revenues in the budget of the region in the amount of 70 mln.

"Now the region is aiming to revive all processing of production of the Kuban, are idle. That is the task set by the head of the region Veniamin Ivanovich Kondratyev. Therefore, working with investors, they are not only new sites, but also ready – on the basis of bankrupt enterprises", — said the Minister of agriculture and processing industry of the Krasnodar region Fedor Derek.
