"The draft Federal law "On the Federal budget for 2018 and the planning period of 2019 and 2020" to provide for the allocation of additional budgetary appropriations on financing of the state program of development of agriculture and regulation of markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food for 2013 - 2020 in the amount of 20 billion rubles annually, including in respect of the development of agricultural production and social facilities located in rural areas. Additional funding is also required to allocate to priority projects "creation of a comfortable urban environment" and "Conservation and prevention of pollution of the Volga river", as well as indexation of grants of the President of the Russian Federation and the government of the Russian Federation in the field of culture and art on the basis of a unified approach to its implementation.
