The event was attended by representatives of all regions of bakery – small, medium, industrial, business and consumer. Particular interest was expressed by the representatives of the regional potrebsoyuza. The seminar discussed the observance of obligatory requirements in the field of ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population at the enterprises of bakery and confectionery production.
Similar seminars will be held in all regions of the country where bakers will train HACCP system and compliance with the requirements of the CPS. Participants will find not only a transmission expert theoretical knowledge (lectures), but also learning how to use them in practice (business game and a special assignment).
