On the basis of the Moscow fat plant, part of the holding "Solar products" was held a master class "Application of tools to improve the efficiency flow in the food industry."

The participants saw the example of various cases the possibility of the concept of lean manufacturing in the food industry and agriculture: the application of tools, methods and identification of internal reserves of efficiency of the company for the development of the production system at all stages of production – from the field to the shop counter.

Also at the master class talked about the diagnosis and improvement of production processes to identify hidden losses, planning and production management.
