According to the operational monitoring conducted by experts of IA "APK-inform", at the end of 2017 sea ports of Russia substantially increased the export volumes of sunflower (90%) and soybean (54%) oils up to 1,452 million tons, and 454 thousand tons, respectively. Exports of rapeseed oil increased not so significantly - by 10% to 128 thousand tons.

At the same time, at the end of the year there was a decrease in export volumes of sunflower (656 thousand tons in 2016 to 605 thousand tons) and soybean (298 thousand tonnes to 239 million tons) of meal. The volume of export shipments of rapeseed meal in 2017 increased by 11% and amounted to 126 thousand tons.

Leaders on volumes of shipments of the specified products at the end of the year were the ports of Rostov-on-don (931 tons) and Kaliningrad (929 thousand tons). In third place is the port of Novorossiysk, those shipped 456 thousand tons of oils and meals.

The main export destinations of deliveries of Russian sunflower oil was Turkey (487 thousand tons), rapeseed – Norway (121 thousand tons), soy – Algeria (251 thousand tonnes).

The largest volume of sunflower meal were also shipped to Turkey – 440 thousand tons. Finland imported the biggest volume of rapeseed meal – 59 thousand tons. The Netherlands were set the maximum amount of soybean meal – 72 thousand tons.
