Fish the complex is located on the territory gorel'skogo Soveta on the river Tsna. Currently, there grow up 5 thousand fishes breed sterlet, sturgeon 20 thousands, 4 thousands of fish trout, 12 thousand fish African catfish.

The project was implemented by a private investor. The construction of the complex started in 2016. The volume of investments amounted to 160 million rubles. The company has created 40 jobs. It is expected that at full capacity, it will be released in mid-2018.

At present, the farmers of the Tambov region provide only 20% of the fish. It is expected that the "Tambov sturgeon" will increase the self-sufficiency of the region up to 25%.
