On 8 February, reported the press service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation with reference to information of the Ministry of economic development of the Amur region.

"The investor will build a feed mill with capacity of 68,4 thousand tons for the production of complete feed based on corn and soybeans. Consumers are the enterprises of the region and other regions of far East Federal district – Primorsky and Khabarovsk territories and the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Estimated volume of investments will exceed RUB 186,6 million in private investment," - said in the message.

The press service reminded that to run this project at the end of January this year the scope was widened THOR "Amur". According to representatives of the regional Ministry of economic development, the inclusion of the project of "agro Factory" in the list of residents of TOR "will allow to increase domestic demand and to generate additional sales channel for enterprises in the Amur region, to stabilize grain prices, to improve the economic profitability of grain production".
