The volume of production of agricultural machinery in Russia over the past 5 years has increased 3 times from 35.5 billion RUB in 2013 up to 107,2 billion rubles in 2017, and the share of domestic producers on the domestic market of Russia for last 5 years increased more than 2 times from 24% to 56%.

Only in the last three years in the domestic agricultural machinery 22% increase in the number of employees (up to 37.5 thousand people) increased by 22%, average monthly wage (up to 33.8 thousand rubles), 61% increase in tax payments to budgets of all levels (up to 23.2 billion rubles).

In 2017 per 1 ruble of allocated subsidies according to the Decree № 1432 to the budgets of all levels received 1.48 rubles of taxes. That is, the budget efficiency Program No. 1432 was 148%.

Without exception, all Russian manufacturers can participate in the implementation of the Program No. 1432. Resolution No. 1432 aimed at supporting domestic agricultural machinery, and there are no restrictions on participation for Russian producers. The number of plants participating in the implementation of the Program No. 1432, is constantly growing. So, from 2013 to 2017, the number of participants in the Program No. 1432 increased from 28 to 75 Russian enterprises.

Dealers of foreign technology or any other representatives of foreign nationals in Russia, the so-called "Assembly" technique, and in fact, the usual presale imported cars, the Program No. 1432 to participate can't, as they are not Russian producers.

Production of all agricultural machinery was stimulated by the Program No. 1432. More than 60 types of equipment.

Resolution No. 1432 is an effective mechanism of state support of the Russian agricultural machinery manufacturing sector, provides a significant multiplier and inter-industry economic impact, a positive impact on updating of Park of agricultural machinery in Russia.
